Cash management Services will adapt its methodology according to your company’s needs and constraints depending on your strategy.
Following our audit phase, we will assist you with the setting up of recommended solutions, within real partnership logic.
Our intervention will include four main steps:
- Audit of the present situation and of the constraints linked to your organisation.
- Setting up of the outsourcing strategy and determining the DSO target.
- Setting up of the EDI links allowing daily bilateral exchanges, without any human intervention between your computer systems and our specialized software.
- Daily management by Cash Management Services of your clients’ accounts, and supplying in real time the necessary reportings for the follow-up and the analysis of our performance.
Our made-to-measure methodology enables us to intervene on a limited number of clients’ accounts, as well as on important volumes of data.
Depending on your situation, the cost of our services will be calculated according to:
- The quantity of clients’ accounts you entrust us with
- The clients’ typology (civil or commercial claims; France or abroad…)
